Members of the ACAA participated in a White House survey of companies across the country who have contributed significantly to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. The ACAA estimates that member airlines operated dozens of evacuation flights, donated 500,000 frequent flyer miles and roundtrip tickets, 100,000 pounds of food, water, clothing and medical supplies, and raised $500,000 in cash for the relief effort.
